The primary objective of the Housekeeping Attendant (Rooms) is to maintain immaculate cleanliness and comfort in all suites and work areas within their designated sections.

To achieve this, they will be responsible for ensuring that all suites and assigned sections are spotless, tidy, and well-organized, creating a welcoming atmosphere for residents.

In addition, they will promote a positive image of Raffles Hotel Singapore by upholding high standards of service quality, maintaining smooth operations, and fostering a collaborative team environment.

  • Upkeep of Comfort and Cleanliness

The Housekeeping Attendant (Rooms) is accountable for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort in all suites and work areas.

This includes regularly inspecting suites to identify any issues or concerns, promptly addressing resident complaints, and taking proactive measures to prevent potential problems.

Promoting a Positive Image

As a representative of Raffles Hotel Singapore, the Housekeeping Attendant (Rooms) plays a vital role in promoting a positive image of the hotel through their exceptional service delivery and attention to detail.
