We're seeking an accomplished Battery Research Scientist to join our team in leading this transformation. As a key member of our research team, you will conduct advanced research on zinc-based, solid-state, and next-generation battery chemistries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and synthesize novel electrode, electrolyte, and separator materials
  • Assemble and test coin cells, pouch cells, and custom formats
  • Perform electrochemical characterization: CV, EIS, GCD, cycle life, rate performance
  • Study interfacial chemistry, ion transport, and degradation mechanisms

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • PhD in Materials Science, Electrochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
  • Proven track record of publications in battery research (zinc, aqueous, solid-state, or emerging systems)
  • Experience in solid electrolyte synthesis
  • Hands-on experience with electrochemical cell assembly and testing
