About the RoleThe Senior Energy Storage Specialist will be responsible for:
- Executing field assignments to diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, electronic, and mechanical issues in BESS;
- Conducting routine preventive maintenance checks and inspections on installed BESS units to ensure optimal functionality;
- Providing operational guidance and safety information to customers; and
- Maintaining accurate and detailed service records.
To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:
- A diploma or higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Power Systems, or a closely related technical field;
- A minimum of 1-3 years of hands-on experience as a Field Service Technician, Aftersales Technician, or similar role in the battery energy storage, power electronics, industrial automation, or renewable energy sectors.
