About the Job

We are seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services from procurement to delivery.

You will support the Manager in creating and analyzing monthly reports, handle daily operations issues, and provide exceptional customer service.

Your key responsibilities will include performing sales order management, managing stock allocation, arranging delivery, conducting regular meetings with customers, and using your problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues.

You will also create and analyze monthly reports on Customer Service activities and promote new products to existing customers.

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a degree or diploma in Business or a relevant discipline and at least 3-5 years of experience in order processing, delivery arrangement, and customer relationship management.

You should be customer-oriented, have strong communication and interpersonal skills, and experience in handling customer inquiries and claims via emails and phone calls.

A hardworking and highly initiative-driven individual with Excel skills and knowledge, including V-lookup, Pivot tables, and simple formulas, is required.

Experience with SAP is an advantage, and you should be a team player able to work independently.
