We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our Trade Operations team in the Institutional Banking Group.

This role will focus on the processing and administration of Banker's Guarantees, leveraging emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy. The candidate needs to possess a strong understanding of trade finance, particularly in Bankers Guarantee, excellent analytical skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Banker's Guarantee Processing & Administration: Process and administer a high volume of Banker's Guarantees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with all internal policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Client Interaction & Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients to provide updates on the status of Banker's Guarantee transactions and address any queries.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant regulations and ensure all processes are compliant.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and reduce risk.

Qualified candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field, 1-3 years of experience in trade operations, with a focus on Banker's Guarantees, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
