Job Title: Bakery Store Supervisor

The ideal candidate for this role will oversee the day-to-day operations of an outlet store, ensuring exceptional customer service and managing staff efficiently. This includes hiring, training, and scheduling bakery staff to meet peak hour demands.

Beyond these key responsibilities, you will be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Hire, train, and schedule bakery staff to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
  • Customer Service: Provide top-notch customer service, addressing complaints and maintaining a friendly atmosphere.
  • Inventory and Supplies: Manage inventory levels, order supplies as needed, and maintain a clean and organized store.
  • Daily Operations: Oversee opening and closing procedures, prepare and display baked goods efficiently, and monitor cleanliness.
  • Cash and Financial Management: Handle cash flow, register sales, and manage financial records accurately.

To succeed in this role, you will require previous experience in a supervisory or management position within a bakery environment. A strong understanding of bakery operations and food safety is also essential.

Besides possessing the necessary skills, you must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks simultaneously while demonstrating strong leadership and team management abilities.
