At MUTHIAH RESTAURANT PTE. LTD., we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to lead our kitchen operations as an Executive Culinary Director.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in culinary arts, with a proven track record of managing high-volume kitchens and leading teams to deliver exceptional dining experiences.

Job Summary:

We are offering a competitive salary range of SGD $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, to ensure that our top talent is rewarded for their hard work and dedication.

About the Role:

As an Executive Culinary Director at MUTHIAH RESTAURANT PTE. LTD., you will be responsible for creating menus that showcase the authentic flavors of Chettinad cuisine. You will oversee daily kitchen operations, providing direction and coaching to your team members to achieve consistent production of high-quality dishes.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that kitchen operations adhere to strict standards, maintaining the highest level of food safety, quality, and presentation. Your expertise in beverage and cocktail knowledge will help us create unique and refreshing drinks to complement our menu offerings.
