The successful candidate will be accountable for leading the Client Due Diligence & Onboarding team in APAC, ensuring a smooth and compliant client experience.
- Manage a team of 7 professionals responsible for new client and product onboarding, including KYC due diligence and end-to-end client relationship management.
- Partner with senior managers to execute strategic initiatives and deliver key operational outcomes.
- Lead, coach, and develop the onboarding team to build capabilities that support business growth and individual development goals.
- Act as the primary contact for internal stakeholders and clients, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring service excellence.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of the overall client onboarding process, corporate and institutional clients, and software tools. They should also have expertise in using Windows applications, data analysis, and reporting techniques.

- Experience with Agent AI and RPA technologies is an asset.
