About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Project/Program Manager in the Global CEO Office.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving top-priority projects and programs, focusing on enhancing tech stability, operational efficiency, and overall revenue growth.

This position requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, capable of managing complex, cross-functional initiatives that align with the company's strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Project Management: Lead and manage high-impact, cross-functional projects that are critical to the company's strategic priorities.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by coordinating with multiple teams, stakeholders, and external partners.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience in project/program management
  • Crypto industry experience, preferably with domain knowledge of onshore products
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrates agile thinking and thrives in ambiguity, with the ability to effectively navigate and lead through uncertain or evolving project environments
  • Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
