Our esteemed client in the Fire Protection and Building Services industry is seeking a skilled professional to lead projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program and project management, with the ability to coordinate with upper management and ensure successful project outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Planning and Coordination: Define project objectives, develop project schedules, and assign tasks to team members.
  2. Resource Management: Oversee resource allocation, including contractors, and ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
  3. Technical Requirements: Analyze technical requirements, prepare cost estimates, and design and conduct tests to ensure product quality.
  4. Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress, resolve issues, and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful project outcomes.
  5. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with teams to achieve project goals and ensure effective communication throughout the project lifecycle.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in program and project management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD and Building Information Modeling (BIM) software, as well as the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Leadership: Experience in supervising teams and coordinating on-site activities.
