KYC Senior Reviewer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced KYC Senior Reviewer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting thorough reviews of client information to ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in risk management, regulatory compliance, and due diligence processes. They will also possess excellent analytical and documentation skills, as well as effective verbal and written communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled and unscheduled KYC reviews for clients across various risk classes, monitoring and tracking of KYC records, and developing action plans for expiring records.
  • Determine if accounts are in scope and identify potential red flags.
  • Verify customer information, including address, employment, and connectivity to PEP/SPF through approved third-party sites.
  • Participate in enhanced due diligence checks, including negative news and social media screenings.
  • Maintain quality standards (90% and above) for KYC reviews and ensure timely submission of records for Business Approval.

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in KYC/AML/Due Diligence or banking industry preferred.
  • Knowledge of AML/KYC policies, bank systems, applications, and due diligence processes.
  • Subject Matter Expert with strong analytical and documentation skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills, with ability to work under minimum supervision and meet deadlines in a high-pressure environment.
