Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Transformation Project Manager to lead the digital transformation journey of our Payments and Cash Management IT division. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of digitalization strategies, overseeing the execution of projects, and ensuring that our organization remains competitive in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Digitalization Strategies: Collaborate with senior leadership to define and implement digital transformation strategies that align with the organization's overall vision and goals.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional project teams to design, develop, and deploy digital solutions, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership, employees, customers, and vendors, to ensure that digitalization initiatives meet their needs and expectations.
  • Change Management: Develop and implement change management plans to ensure a smooth transition to new digital processes and systems.
