Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and enhance visual merchandising presentations across retail locations.
  • Partner with teams to develop comprehensive training programs, product display guidelines, and event strategies.
  • Work in conjunction with merchandising and retail teams to align store modifications with business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing updates and insights to senior management regarding visual merchandising effectiveness.
  • Coordinate seasonal campaigns and promotional displays.
  • Ensure local visual merchandising practices adhere to global standards.
  • Liaise with suppliers and partners to guarantee flawless execution of visual displays and campaigns.
  • Manage product rotation in accordance with visual guidelines.
  • Oversee the procurement of props while maintaining budgetary constraints.
  • Supervise retail and franchise locations to uphold brand visual standards.
  • Assist in showcasing new collections within stores.
  • Collaborate on the launch of new retail locations.
  • Mentor client advisors and visual merchandising representatives on effective display techniques.

Candidate Profile:

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in visual merchandising.
  • Relevant diploma in Art or Visual Communication.
  • Strong creative flair and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and disciplined with the ability to work independently.
  • Outgoing, reliable, and a proactive team contributor.
  • Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
