Role Overview
The Senior Art Director will lead the creative vision and drive the production of high-quality, effective campaigns that meet or exceed client expectations. This includes developing strategic ideas, directing creative teams, and ensuring timely project delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Ideation & Strategic Acumen
  • Understand strategy and consumer insights to develop innovative ideas.
  • Work effectively on briefs across industries.
  • Proactively bring new ideas and concepts for clients.
  • Deliver disruptive ideas that meet business objectives.
  • Communicate and present rationale for creative ideas.
  • Execution / Production
  • Key role in executing and producing multiple projects from concept to completion.
  • Collaborate with in-house resources and third-party vendors.
  • Knowledgeable in production, printing, and digital media.
  • Supervise projects as necessary.
  • Business Acumen
  • Display knowledge of the industry and client's business.
  • Curious about the business and willing to learn.
  • Leadership / People Management
  • Collaborate and support the creative process with internal teams.
  • Engage integrated teams to deliver great work.
  • Manage and mentor junior creatives and interns.
  • Digital
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in the creative arena.
  • Adopt and adapt information effectively into creative work.
  • Capable of working across social and digital assets.

Requirements:
Experience:
• At least 6 years of experience as a creative professional.
Skills:
• Commercial and creative-minded individual.
• Excellent relationship management skills.
• Selling and pushing creative standards and delivery.
• Results-oriented in business and creative output.
• Good understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok).
• Skilled and proficient in Adobe Suite and other visual productivity tools.
• Effective communication and presentation skills in English.
