Job Title: Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Project Delivery Specialist to oversee the entire project lifecycle, from design and planning to execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution by coordinating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ensure smooth work progression and completion within target timeframes by effectively managing resources and timelines.
  • Oversee different phases of the project, including scheduling, materials procurement, fabrication, and site coordination to ensure timely and quality deliveries.
  • Prepare method statements for specific installations as required to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure that site works are executed accordingly based on approved construction drawings and specifications.
  • Support contract administration and handover inspections to ensure seamless project closure.
  • Plan and manage manpower, tools, materials, machinery, hoisting equipment, access, and necessary safety provisions to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Resolve all site problems encountered during the construction stage through effective problem-solving and collaboration with the team.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate or equivalent in a related field.
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Specializing in Structural Steelwork and Architectural Metalwork, or Civil Engineering and Building Constructions.
  • Able to understand and interpret construction and shop drawings.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
  • Preferable to be bilingual (English and Chinese).
  • Able to multitask and prioritize workload to meet client-set deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Able to start work within a short notice period or immediately preferred.
