About the Job

This role is responsible for developing partnership and outreach strategies, identifying areas of growth, and crafting initiatives to enhance referral networks. You will lead the planning of outreach events, work with community partners, and collaborate with healthcare providers to achieve a better patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement partnership and outreach strategies to drive growth and improve patient experience (50%): Identify potential areas of growth, craft initiatives to enhance referral networks, and collaborate with healthcare providers to develop effective outreach plans.
  • Lead the planning of outreach events in collaboration with community partners and healthcare providers (30%): Coordinate with various stakeholders to design and execute successful outreach events that promote the Child Development Unit's services.
  • Support the development of new programmes under the Child Development Programme (20%): Work with ministries, internal stakeholders, and external partners to create new programmes that address the health needs of pre-school children aged 0-6 years old.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or healthcare-related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of working experience in a healthcare setting and/or partnerships, quality improvement, and programme management
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented, with excellent interpersonal, communication, and change management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong IT skills in MS Office applications and design tools like Canva
