Health Ambassador Job Description

Working Hours: Up to 5 days a week.

Fixed Every Mon-Thurs, 8am -430pm

Sometimes will be activated 1 day on weekends for events.

Salary: $10/hour.


Job Summary:

As a Health Ambassador, you will be responsible for managing the one-stop Healthier SG booth and providing assistance to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with HSG assisted enrolment through small group sharing and one-to-one engagement with patients/residents in outreach settings.
  • Explain to patients the benefits of HSG initiatives and the importance to enrol.
  • Attend to HSG related enquiries from patients and caregivers.

Requirements:

  • Customer service oriented and passionate about serving & interacting with people.
  • Possess good communication skills and able to adapt, multi-task and work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Pleasant disposition and personality.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications and comfortable with the use of technology.
  • Strive in a team-based environment and able to tolerate standing for 3-4 hours minimally throughout the day.
