About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Project Transition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our migration team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless transitions across the organization through meticulous planning and coordination of migrations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and Manage Comprehensive Project Plans: Create detailed project plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure smooth cutovers and operational continuity.
- Coordinate Migration Activities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate pre-migration, migration, and post-migration activities and milestones.
- Liaise with Stakeholders: Communicate effectively with engineers and users to ensure alignment between stakeholders.
- Maintain Project Records: Accurately document project records, status updates, and milestones.
Requirements:
- Strong Organizational Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Enterprise-Scale Migration Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in project coordination within migration or IT projects.
- Excellent Communication and Stakeholder Alignment: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
