Studio Associate Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative individual to fill the role of Studio Associate. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience through guiding clients through various art activities, assisting with rug-making processes, and maintaining a well-organized studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement & Instruction: Guide and teach clients the basics of tufting and other art-related activities, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience.
  • Studio Operations & Maintenance: Set up and clean workstations before and after sessions, maintain equipment and tools in good condition, and follow safety protocols.
  • Rug Processing & Finishing: Assist in applying backing, trimming, and finishing rugs, ensuring quality control before handing them over to customers.
  • Sales & Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with bookings, inquiries, and purchases, promoting additional services and merchandise.

  • Passion for arts & crafts and ability to work with people.
  • Detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual who is committed to delivering excellent service.
