**Job Summary**:

**Responsibilities**:

- Foster a vibrant, positive classroom atmosphere conducive to learning and artistic growth.
- Teach Fine Arts, including sketching, painting, and sculpture, using engaging, innovative methods.
- Demonstrate and guide students through diverse art techniques tailored to their abilities.
- Introduce and teach modern design principles and elements of art effectively.
- Plan and curate art displays and exhibitions for school and community events.
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow educators.
- Lead and mentor a team of art teachers, providing curriculum guidance, progress tracking, and constructive feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Fine Arts, Design, or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of teaching experience (preferred in IGCSE, IB, or MYP systems).
- Strong foundation in classroom management and curriculum planning.
- Passionate about working with children (ages 3-17) and fostering their creativity.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a bonus).
- Cheerful, honest, and team-oriented with a willingness to learn and innovate.

- Senior Art Teachers: SGD $3,000 - $5,000/month + CPF
- Full-Time Teachers: SGD $2,600 - $3,500/month + CPF
- Part-Time Teachers: SGD $1,200 - $1,700/month + CPF

**Little Artists Art Studio** is a trailblazing Fine Arts education group, nurturing creativity in children and adults from over 40 countries. Our students consistently excel, gaining admission to top art and design institutions worldwide, including LASALLE, NAFA, Parsons, NYU, and more. As we expand, we are looking for dynamic educators to join our vibrant team and contribute to the art education landscape in Singapore.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fresh graduate, Student job

Pay: $2,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 10 - 50 per week
