Job Title: Beauty Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and creative Beauty Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional beauty services to our clients.


About the Job:

The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality hair and scalp treatments, including shampooing, cutting, styling, and coloring. You will also be responsible for offering makeup services, facials, and skincare therapies to enhance clients' beauty and well-being.


Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized hair and scalp treatments to meet clients' individual needs.
  • Offer expert advice on makeup application, skincare regimes, and nail care.
  • Perform permanent and temporary hair removal treatments using electrolysis, laser hair removal, and waxing techniques.
  • Upsell beauty therapies and products to increase revenue and client satisfaction.
  • Manage appointments, document treatments, and maintain a clean and sterile work environment.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of skincare therapies, hair removal techniques, and beauty products and trends.
  • Strong creative skills for hairstyling and makeup application.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
