We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Beauty Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized product recommendations to customers
  • Promote our loyalty program and help customers discover ongoing benefits
  • Guide customers to our eCommerce platform for added convenience and repeat purchases
  • Perform basic beauty services and assist with product trials in skincare, makeup, and fragrance
  • Maintain a clean and compliant store environment
  • Handle cashier duties accurately and support with stock control and inventory checks
Requirements:
  • A passion for customer service and love for all things beauty
  • Basic product knowledge or keen interest in beauty trends and brands
  • Prior experience in retail or service industry is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask in a dynamic environment
  • Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
