Insurance Claim Specialist Role
">As an Insurance Claim Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring timely and accurate claims resolution. Your expertise in coordinating with Claims Advisors and Customer Service Coordinators will be instrumental in submitting Letter of Demand (LODs) and negotiating with insurers on behalf of customers.
">Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with Claims Advisors to gather information and documents required for claims negotiation and settlement.
">Collaborate with Customer Service Coordinators to ensure accurate and timely submission of LODs.
">Negotiate with insurers to secure fair claims offers for customers.
">Conduct thorough analysis and present evidence to support complex claims cases.
">Provide regular updates and advice to Claims Advisors and customers on claims status and offers.
">Ensure timely closure of claims and escalate overdue cases to direct manager.
">Process Refund forms for claims due to customers and/or companies upon receiving insurers' approval.

Requirements:
">To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are also essential in managing multiple claims and meeting deadlines.
