Key Responsibilities\

As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing software quality assurance operations across the internal project engineering team and the QA team, while ensuring the delivery of high-quality products.

  • Collaborate with software quality assurance and automation engineers through an Agile software development lifecycle across various software teams, platforms, and products.
  • Review test strategies, encourage the development of new test strategies, and maintain a continuous improvement environment to enhance quality and efficiency.
  • Relevant experience in leading and coordinating testing activities such as System Testing, System Integration, End to End, Regression, and User Acceptance Testing.
  • Maintain strong communication across departments and divisions to develop needs analysis, requirements, and operational planning.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • The position requires a minimum of 10 years of total experience and 5-7 years of relevant Project management experience with Payment systems and Cash management applications. Experience on payment systems and exposure to Payments Hub, Clearing and Settlement, Automated clearing house programs, and channels.

Functional Expertise:

  • Good knowledge in Payment area like interaction with Clearing, payment file format ISO20022, SEPA, and SWIFT.
  • Hands-on experience with data mapping and testing.
  • Extensive knowledge on various kinds of payment products such as TT, RTGS, LVP, Payroll, Cheque, DD, Cashier Order, Mass & Bulk payments.
  • Proficient in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), E2E, Functional & System Integration testing of banking and financial applications.

  • Highly analytic and detail-oriented in approach with excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience converting highly complex information into clear, concise documentation.
