Barista Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate coffee professional to join our team as a Barista. As a key member of our coffee bar, you will be responsible for promoting coffee consumption, educating customers on our menu, and preparing high-quality coffee drinks.

About the Role
  • Promote coffee consumption by educating customers, selling coffee and related equipment, accessories, and supplies.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, including espresso, latte, cappuccino, and more.
  • Educate customers by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu.

Requirements and Qualifications

In order to be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for coffee and excellent knowledge of brewing techniques.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy when handling cash transactions.
