About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead the Healthier SG Program Management team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing implementation strategies, analyzing healthcare policies, and collaborating with healthcare teams to drive program success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze and interpret healthcare policies, regulations, and guidelines to inform strategy development.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop implementation strategy and action plans for the roll out of initiatives under Healthier SG.
  • Conduct continuous program review, identifying and addressing operational and/or policy gaps, proposing innovative solutions for improvement.
  • Oversee implementation and review of IT initiatives to improve efficiency of internal and external stakeholders' administrative process for clinics' participation of Healthier SG.
  • Conduct data analysis and stakeholder engagements to monitor the effectiveness of implementation and operational changes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on healthcare regulations and ensure compliance across all operations.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A degree holder with minimum 8 years of experience in a healthcare administration and management, with 3 years in managerial capacity.
  • Proficient in data analytics and project management.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
  • Meticulous and resilient.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced and rapid changing environment.
