As a scalp expert, you will play a pivotal role in cultivating strong professional relationships with our customers and providing expert advice on scalp and hair health.

Your responsibilities will include mentoring team members, fostering growth through training and guidance, leading by example, and collaborating with your team to achieve individual and team sales targets. You will also be responsible for driving both individual and team success through exceptional service delivery, taking ownership of outlet operations, staying ahead with deep knowledge of all types of treatments, products, machines, and equipment, technologies, and keeping informed of all promotions offered by outlets from time to time.

In addition, you will handle required outlet administrative work, provide support to your teammates when they need it most, and represent the company with pride as a trusted ambassador.

Requirements:
  • Possess working experience as a scalp consultant.
  • Excellent customer service and service-oriented skills.
  • Passion for scalp and hair care, as well as customer well-being.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • A team player with a proactive, positive, and can-do mindset.
  • Possess administrative experience.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Trichology certification is highly desirable.
