Job Title: Expert Scalp Care Specialist
  •     Perform professional scalp and hair treatments tailored to individual client needs, including deep cleansing, scalp massage, detox therapy, and advanced scalp care techniques.
  •     Conduct detailed scalp and hair analysis using diagnostic tools to identify concerns such as dandruff, hair loss, oily scalp, and sensitivity.
  •     Recommend suitable treatment plans and products, ensuring clients understand their scalp condition and the benefits of prescribed solutions.
  •     Supervise, train, and mentor junior scalp therapists to maintain high service standards.
  •     Ensure hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed in all treatments.
  •     Build and maintain long-term client relationships through excellent service and follow-up care.
  •     Support team sales targets by promoting treatment packages and retail products.
  •     Stay updated with the latest scalp and hair therapy trends, technologies, and products.
