Job Overview: Clinic Enrolled/Staff Nurse office hour
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinician to join our team as an Enrolled/Staff Nurse, working in a dynamic office environment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care, adhering to the highest standards of nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities:
">Provide basic nursing care to patients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
Administer medication safely and effectively, following established protocols and guidelines.
Liaise with patients' parents/guardians to discuss their child's condition, providing updates and guidance on treatment plans.
Work collaboratively with other organizations to follow up on patients' conditions, ensuring continuity of care.
Monitor patients' condition before and after medication, identifying any potential issues or complications.
Update and maintain accurate records of patients' medical history, treatments, and outcomes.
Respond to medical emergencies, providing life-saving interventions as needed.
Ensure compliance with relevant nursing, safety, and infection control regulations, maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff.
Conduct stock checks, ordering medical supplies as necessary to ensure adequate inventory levels.
Requirements:
">Be registered under the Singapore Nursing Board, holding a current practicing certificate.
Possess a valid BCLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
