Healthcare Ambassador Role
We're looking for dynamic individuals who can effectively engage with the public to promote our healthcare offerings. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality services and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible care.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Event Management: Set up and run engaging corporate events or roadshows that showcase our healthcare products and services.
  • Customer Engagement: Share our healthcare offerings with the public in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport quickly and establishing trust.
  • Screenings and Appointments: Conduct simple health screenings (training provided) and schedule appointments, ensuring that client records are up-to-date.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage invoices and payments during events, as well as assist with ad-hoc tasks from management.

Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Be comfortable starting conversations and building rapport quickly, with the ability to communicate in basic English and Mandarin to engage Mandarin-speaking customers.
  • Sales Experience: Prior sales experience is an advantage, but not required - we provide training.
  • Team Player: Be responsible, reliable, and a team player, with a genuine interest in healthcare and wellness.
