The primary objective of this role is to oversee the store's overall success, encompassing customer satisfaction, sales growth, and product promotion strategies.

  • Essential Responsibilities:

  1. Supervise, train, and assist staff in delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store appearance, and executing product promotions effectively.

  2. Create and manage employee schedules and promotional plans centered around holiday sales and other key business cycles.

  3. Identify opportunities to enhance store visibility, product offerings, and services within the store.

  4. Maintain optimal inventory levels, ensure timely restocking, develop purchasing plans, and establish strong relationships with suppliers to maximize efficiency in meeting sales targets.

  5. Implement cross-training for employees and assistant managers to sustain high productivity at all times.

  6. Strategically manage controllable costs to maintain profitability.

  7. Ensure the store remains immaculate and well-presented at all times.

  8. Hire and train as needed to guarantee adequate staffing levels to provide outstanding customer service.
