Job Description:

As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. This includes meeting and exceeding sales targets, ensuring smooth and efficient operations, and delivering exceptional customer service.

You will also be required to develop in-depth product knowledge, maintain cleanliness and organization within the outlet, manage stock levels and inventory, and prepare and submit reports and feedback to management.

Additionally, you will be responsible for training new staff on product knowledge and standard operating procedures (SOPs), as well as performing any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
