Technical Solutions Developer

We are looking for a skilled technologist to join our team as a Technical Solutions Developer. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyzing business needs and translating them into technical requirements;
- Designing and developing new enhancements and/or existing functionalities;
- Data mining and testing to ensure that new enhancements and/or existing functionalities meet business needs;
- Working closely with project leads, users, and developers to improve processes and functionality;
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or a related field;
- 3-4 years of experience in Java and Cobol Mainframe programming, as well as SQL databases and query writing;
- 3+ years of experience in implementation (SDLC) and change request-related work;
- 2+ years of experience in operations/business-as-usual support;
- Experience in technical support or a similar role is a plus;
- Experience with Enterprise Java-related backend frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate, JPA);
- Experience with front-end UI development, particularly with React and TypeScript;
- Experience with Microsoft Excel VBA and Excel Macros;
