Drive Success as an Architectural Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design Development: Collaborate with designers and consultants to deliver high-quality projects on time.
  • Procurement Management: Evaluate proposals, perform value engineering, and conduct cost-benefit analysis before vendor selection.
  • Project Overview: Monitor project progress, including budget planning, cost control, procurement lead times, construction milestones, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Consultant Management: Effectively manage consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure projects meet specifications, quality standards, cost constraints, and deadlines.
Requirements:
  • Architecture or Construction Management degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in architectural and interior design consultancy, managing construction projects, and contract administration.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to solve problems; strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
  • Experience in hospitality and commercial projects is beneficial.
