AI Governance Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of AI Governance Officer. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the development and implementation of our AI initiatives, ensuring that they meet organizational standards and regulatory requirements.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for someone with a passion for AI governance and a strong understanding of data science and machine learning concepts. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence diverse stakeholders.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting the development of the group-wide AI strategy and roadmap;
- Assisting in the analysis of data and AI model performance to identify areas of improvement;
- Maintaining AI impact assessment results and risk treatment plans;
- Working with stakeholders to support the AI approval process;
- Developing and maintaining AI governance process documentation and guidelines.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a bachelor's or master's degree in law, public policy, ethics, computer science, or a related field. A minimum of 8 years of proven experience in technology, AI, or data protection is also required.
