**Regional Chief Executive Officer - APAC Opportunity**

This is a leadership role that anchors the Asia-Pacific region's advancement of scientific innovation, strategic capital coordination, and multilateral governance across ASEAN, Oceania, and Indo-Pacific jurisdictions.

Job Description
  • To oversee the implementation of sovereign-grade infrastructure for Disaster Risk Reduction (DRR), Disaster Risk Finance (DRF), and Disaster Risk Intelligence (DRI) in the region, structured under the Planetary Nexus Governance (PNG) system.
  • To lead the regional launch and integration of the organization's scientific programs, capital alliance platform, and multilateral interface from a Singapore base of operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Demonstrated leadership in executive, founder, or diplomatic roles within risk, innovation, capital markets, or global development.
  2. Active networks across APAC sovereign bodies, UN systems, financial institutions, and research institutions.
  3. Experience in launching nonprofit or cross-border institutions, preferably in APAC or ASEAN jurisdictions.
  4. Proven capital mobilization or policy engagement record in climate, resilience, or risk governance domains.
  5. Strong strategic, fiduciary, and cross-cultural leadership capacity.
