**Job Summary**
We are delighted to be assisting a key strategic partner with the recruitment of a Chief Executive Officer for a fast-growing fintech company based in Singapore. Our client is an emerging leader in the fintech space, providing cutting-edge financial solutions. They are seeking an experienced CEO to lead the company through its next phase of growth and expansion in the region.

**Key Roles**:

- **Strategic Leadership**: Develop and execute the company’s long-term strategy to achieve growth objectives and market expansion.
- **Leadership and Team Development**: Guide the senior management team, ensuring alignment across all business functions to achieve operational goals.
- **Stakeholder Engagement**: Build and maintain relationships with investors, regulators, and key business partners to support the company’s growth initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Operational Management**: Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring the business runs efficiently and aligns with strategic priorities.
- **Financial Performance**: Manage the company’s financial health, including budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring sustainable profitability.
- **Market Growth**: Identify opportunities for business development and expansion within the fintech ecosystem, both regionally and globally.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $350,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
