At Marina Bay Sands, we're passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. As a Service Attendant, you'll play a vital role in our dynamic team, working alongside industry experts to create unforgettable moments for our guests.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Provide exceptional service to guests, ensuring their needs are met with a smile.
• Collaborate with fellow team members to prepare and set up restaurants for food service, ensuring all amenities and utensils are stocked and inspected.
• Assist guests with their requests, offering suggestions and upselling opportunities while showcasing your knowledge of our menu.
• Handle restaurant telephone and email reservation enquiries, providing accurate and timely responses.
• Perform various administrative duties to ensure seamless restaurant operations.

**Requirements:**

• Secondary school education with O Level passes; a diploma in any field is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in guest service or guest contact roles, preferably in a hospitality organization.
• Possess food hygiene and safety certification.
• Willing to work various shifts, including mornings, afternoons, and overnight, as well as public holidays.
• Maintain a well-groomed, professional appearance.
