You will work closely with our customer service team to ensure that our customers receive prompt and professional assistance. Your key responsibilities will include managing the Customer Service Counter, guiding shoppers through app download and installation, and providing hands-on support for shoppers during campaign redemptions.

- Manage the Customer Service Counter to ensure it is well organized

- Guide shoppers through app download and installation

- Provide hands-on support for shoppers during campaign redemptions

- Handle customer feedback and enquiries

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 1 year of experience in frontline customer service or hospitality industry, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must also be able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
