
Claims Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Claims Officer or Senior Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing claims, verifying reports, and ensuring accurate information is provided to policyholders.
- Assess claims in accordance with policy contract and guidelines
- Verify claims/reports and ensure accuracy
- Manage email and telephone inquiries in a timely manner
- Ensure claim settlement is concluded within agreed Turnaround Time (TAT)
- Follow up with end-users to obtain adequate information
- Analyze workflow processes and streamline when necessary for efficiency
