Dedicated Customer Service Professional Wanted

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience for guests, and contributing to the overall success of the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities:- Order Taking and Serving: Accurately place orders using the point-of-sale system and assist in serving food and beverages to tables.
- Menu Knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of all menu items offered by the restaurant.
- Customer Interaction: Confidently present the menu to customers, suggest food and beverage options, and provide excellent customer service.
- Table Maintenance: Follow standard operating procedures for clearing and resetting tables to ensure a high standard of cleanliness and presentation.
- Additional Tasks: Perform any other assigned tasks related to customer service and cleanliness as directed by management.
- Communication Skills: Possess good communication skills and be able to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
- Multi-Tasking Ability: Be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
