About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Transformation Lead to play a key role in evolving our Asia region into an organization with a strong foundation delivering high service quality and high growth. This individual will own and drive high-impact, cross-functional programs spanning financial, operational, organizational, and technology-focused scopes.

  • Strategic Transformation & Evolution
    • The successful candidate will play a key role in architecting resilient, scalable solutions that support future growth by staying attuned to market trends, emerging technologies, and regional best practices.
    • This includes providing recommendations to enhance the region's structure, processes, and capabilities.
  • Program Ideation, Ownership, & Management
    • This individual will individually own and lead a portfolio of high-impact, cross-functional transformation projects aligned with regional priorities.
    • They will define project scopes, priorities, timelines, milestones, and success criteria, as well as assess, manage, and escalate project risks.
    • Proactive resolution of obstacles to sustain momentum and achieve desired outcomes is also a key requirement.
    • Opportunities in the Asia region to increase service quality and growth will be identified, and potential solution paths and project plans will be surfaced to leadership.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication
    • Liaison between regional leadership, executive sponsors, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
    • Communicating project progress, strategic risks, opportunities, and results to senior executives, building consensus and driving organizational adoption.
    • Fostering collaboration and knowledge exchange within and across business units, building strong relationships to enable business transformation.
  • Financial Management & Analysis
    • Conducting and presenting advanced financial analyses (e.g., cost-benefit, ROI) to support investment decisions for proposed initiatives.
  • Technology & Innovation
    • Partnering with tech teams to identify and implement technology solutions that enhance quality and scalability.
    • Supporting the region's adoption of platforms, tools, and processes that support the evolving operating model, ensuring seamless integration and user acceptance.
  • Data Analytics & Insights
    • Utilizing data analytics to shape transformation strategies, uncover optimization opportunities, and guide day-to-day decision-making.
    • Creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, and data models that support continuous improvement and predictive analytics.
