As a Pre-Owned Car Sales Expert, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities through walk-ins and leads. You will introduce customers to our dealership and offerings, conduct engaging vehicle presentations and test drives, and understand customer needs through effective KYC conversations. You will recommend suitable vehicles, assist in selection and confirmation, negotiate and close sales professionally, coordinate smooth delivery of purchased vehicles, provide excellent after-sales service, and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail car sales.
- Prior experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and passionate about cars.
- Minimum education: Secondary School/ GCE
