Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Advisor to support our operations in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR practices and employment laws in the region.

  • Provide on-the-ground HR advice and support to line managers and employees.
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR-related queries not addressed by our Global Business Services team.
  • Guide line managers to ensure adherence to HR policies, local employment regulations, and global processes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the implementation of key HR processes and annual cycles, including performance management, reward review, and salary planning.

Maintain accurate HR records and employee data, working closely with our Shared Services team to ensure compliance with approval workflows and audit requirements.

Partner with our Employee Relations team to ensure fair resolution of issues and effective workplace practices.

Facilitate information and consultation processes and promote a positive work environment.

Support internal and external audits for our three plants in Singapore, ensuring HR processes meet regulatory, policy, and compliance standards.

Facilitate line manager access to learning resources and support workforce upskilling initiatives.

Ensure smooth onboarding experience for new hires at the site.

Support hiring managers in defining, grading, and approving vacancies, liaising with our Talent Acquisition team to ensure timely, high-quality recruitment processes and candidate experience.
