Key Responsibilities:- Strategy & Planning: Localize and execute the global digital marketing strategy by defining and implementing regional strategies for paid digital, SEO, content, and social media. Develop and manage comprehensive marketing calendars, campaigns, and budgets.
- Web Lead Generation: Oversee lead generation initiatives to achieve lead and conversion targets, identifying opportunities for lead growth and optimizing contact center conversions. Drive SEO growth and ensure high-quality web content.
- Event Marketing Management: Execute digital campaigns for physical and virtual events to ensure strong attendance, analyzing event success based on client and student feedback.
- Web Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics to evaluate campaign effectiveness and improve performance, reporting key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics regularly.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering collaboration and setting clear performance targets.
- Financial Management: Manage budgets effectively, aligning expenditures with business priorities.
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree is required.
- No less than 8-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with success in SEO, SEM, and lead generation across South East Asia.
- A minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership role managing digital teams.
- Strong planning, communication, and relationship management skills are essential.
- Hands-on experience with digital platforms (websites, social media).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, and Social Media marketing.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering results-driven digital marketing strategies. A competitive salary of SGD $120,000 - SGD $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, is offered to attract top talent.
