About our Studio Operations Manager Role

We are seeking an exceptional individual to lead our studio's daily operations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for guests.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be proactive in problem-solving, and have a strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Manage day-to-day studio operations, including leading a team of staff.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maintain high customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Train, schedule, and supervise staff to ensure smooth running of parties, events, and walk-in sessions.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience working directly with children (not just assisting).
  • Previous management or leadership experience in a studio, center, or service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work Saturdays and public holidays during peak periods.
