Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovation: Develop innovative solutions for fleet management and newbuild projects;
  • Inventory Review: Review inventory levels and suggest recommendations for spares;
  • Maintenance Scheduling: Plan and monitor equipment maintenance schedules;
  • Partnerships: Engage with external partners for docking and project management purposes;
  • Team Mentorship: Mentor and inspire your team to meet targets;
  • Working Environment: Co-create a productive working environment;
  • Asset Management: Maintain accurate records of assets, jobs, purchases and workforce utilization;
  • Technological Advancement: Identify emerging technologies that can be applied to operations;
