Job Title:
Fleet Maintenance Manager
About the Role:
This is a key leadership position within our Marine Fleet department, responsible for organizing and leading a team of engineering specialists to ensure the maintenance and repair of our marine crafts. The successful candidate will be accountable for updating the management team on daily manpower deployment, coordinating with the operations team for repairs and maintenance, and driving innovation and new projects within the fleet.
Key Responsibilities:

• Organize, lead, and deploy a team of engineers to carry out maintenance and repair work onboard marine crafts.

• Update the management team on daily manpower deployment and coordinate with operations for repairs and maintenance.

• Take the lead in driving fleet innovation and new projects.

• Review inventory and propose recommendations for stock spares.

• Plan and monitor the maintenance schedule of all equipment onboard marine crafts and in the workshop.

• Engage external stakeholders for scheduled docking and project management.

• Develop plans for learning and development, performance, and discipline of the team.

• Mentor and motivate the team to achieve targets and outcomes.
Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marine, Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent field.

• Cross-discipline knowledge in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering domain.

• Knowledge of electrical and instrument systems and familiarity with electrical schematics diagram and symbols.
