- Assist in generating utilisation reports, capturing no-shows, and actively managing rosters.

- Assist in frontloading in accordance with standard work processes.

- Provide patients with timely and accurate information.

- Assist in data analysis and mini-projects.

- Perform any other duties assigned, including preparing presentation materials.

Skills and Qualifications

- A minimum A level or diploma in any discipline

- No prior experience necessary as training will be provided
