Job Title: Expert IC Design Engineer
Company Overview:

Job Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and test Integrated Circuit (IC) products with a focus on SerDes IP solutions.
- Perform logic synthesis, static timing analysis, and lead DFT-related activities such as scan insertion, ATPG, and pattern validation.
- Collaborate with physical designers and RTL engineers to achieve timing closure.
- Work closely with the test team to debug production test issues and help resolve functional problems found in taped-out devices.
- Participate in design reviews and support ISO processes and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with customer systems and software engineers on FPGA verification.
Requirements:
- Degree or Master's in Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience in digital IC design with expertise from design to tape-out.
- Proficiency in Verilog HDL and VHDL RTL design, logic synthesis, DFT, ATPG, timing closure, and EDA tools like Cadence and Synopsys.
- Familiarity with digital and mixed-signal design, USB interface products, graphics processor and driver products, and connectivity technologies like USB, PCIe, MIPI, SPI, and I2C.
- Strong communication skills, independence, self-motivation, and teamwork abilities.
